an Angel in progress...

This is my work in progress at the moment. Yet again I will be giving her away to someone special, in this case my lovely Aunt Linda who has had a rough time with health issues lately and I thought this would be a little more special than a bunch of flowers. Linda loves angels so I thought I would send her one to add to her collection.
I can't wait to finish her but I think those wings will take me a couple more nights!
Drawing faces is not my strong point but I am happy with how this one is coming along, she has a look on her face that I was trying to achieve so I think I have done something right there.
I will hopefully have a completed pic of her to post soon :)

The flight of the Dragon

Well something like that.
My nephew reminded me a few times over the Christmas holidays that he really wants a picture of a dragon like Uncle Dan's dragon here.
Having just given my Nude Fairy to my sister at Thimbelinas.blogspot (that's 2 now the greedy thing) I thought I had better fill his request and it actually only took me about 3 hours so it was a fast one. It was going to be his birthday present but I don't think I want to wait till July, I think he has waited long enough so I will be putting him in the post next week. Can't wait for him to get it now, the best part is giving them away to people that will treasure them :)
I love dragons so you might see more of them soon.

A Nude I drew this afternoon. Omg plaited hair is so hard to draw! That was the hardest part.

This is my Gift Fairy. I drew her for a Secret Santa gift exchange for one of my friends off our Laymon forum. No one knows about her yet, she will be packaged up and sent off overseas tomorrow.

The finished Dragon Lady. Well I call her a dragon lady, its a bit nicer than calling her a Succubus or something like that.
I am not 100% happy with her face but if I fiddle with it any more I might screw it up completely!
